The Minn Kota® Ultrex® Freshwater Trolling Motor with Dual Spectrum CHIRP Sonar and Micro Remote combines the ever-popular GPS-powered automatic boat control with Power Steering – the most responsive, intuitive steering yet. The Minn Kota Ultrex comes equipped with the Advanced GPS Trolling System – the most trusted navigation system in fishing. This incredibly popular GPS technology has been enhanced with exciting new modes. Drift Mode combats current and wind by automatically adjusting speed and direction to keep the boat on a true drift, eliminating the need for cumbersome ropes or shallow water anchor paddles. Dodge Mode lets anglers quickly leave auto navigation to manually steer through waves and around structures and then resume navigating without resetting their route. Minn Kota’s Follow-the-Contour functionality has been updated to allow for better LakeMaster and CoastMaster integration to stay on the desired course. For simple installation, this motor boasts the Out of the Box connection to Humminbird via the One-Boat Network by including all necessary adapters required for networking. It also utilizes the One-Boat Network App, which can control everything on the boat from the trolling motor and shallow water anchors to the Humminbird head units. The Ultrex features the Spot-Lock with Jog. Spot-Lock, using a GPS point, holds your boat in place, resisting winds, waves, and even currents, and with Jog, you can move your Spot-Lock location 5′ in any direction. To find fish, the PowerDrive has a concealed and protected sonar within the trolling motor’s shaft. This built-in and enhanced 2D Sonar with Dual Spectrum CHIRP adds Humminbird’s unrivaled sonar clarity to every Minn Kota motor. The heel-toe programable foot pedal lets you control the motor’s direction and power with ease. With its Steering Lock mode, you can take your foot off the pedal, and the motor head will remain pointing in the direction you left it. With the patented Lift-Assist design, the weight of the motor is cut in half for smooth and easy motor lifts and deployments. A Digital Maximizer™ provides up to 5 times more run time.
