At Marine Reuse, we work hard to ship every order safely, quickly, and with the right packaging for marine electronics, trolling motors, parts, and accessories.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, large-item shipments, or product inspection periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders over $99 within the continental United States unless otherwise stated at checkout. Oversized, heavy, freight, remote-area, expedited, or special-handling orders may require an additional shipping charge.
Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship through trusted carriers selected according to item size, weight, value, and destination. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our control.
Oversized & Freight Items
Trolling motors, shafts, large electronics, and other oversized marine equipment may ship in reinforced packaging or by freight. Freight deliveries may require a valid phone number, delivery appointment, or signature. Please inspect freight deliveries before accepting them whenever possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Marine Reuse is not responsible for delays, return-to-sender fees, or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to us, reshipment charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, missing parts, or appears to have been mishandled, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the item. This helps us work with the carrier and resolve the issue faster.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available by request on select products. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with local regulations. International shipping costs and eligibility must be confirmed before shipment.
