We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing refurbished and pre-owned marine equipment from Marine Reuse. Please review the policy below before starting a return.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition received, with all included parts, accessories, manuals, packaging materials, and documentation whenever applicable.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, contact our support team with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.
Eligible Returns
Returns are generally accepted for items that are unused after delivery, incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, materially different from the product description, or confirmed defective during the return window.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, clearance, boneyard, custom shaft, special-order, modified, installed, water-used, electrical items damaged by incorrect installation, and items missing serial numbers or original included components may not be eligible for return unless required by law or approved by Marine Reuse.
Refurbished & Used Product Condition
Many Marine Reuse products are refurbished, inspected, open-box, salvaged, or pre-owned. Cosmetic wear may be present and will not be considered a defect unless the listing specifically states otherwise or the item was materially misrepresented.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, a confirmed defect, or shipping damage reported on time, we will help with the appropriate return shipping solution. For buyer-remorse returns, duplicate orders, wrong product ordered, or compatibility issues not caused by our listing, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
Because inventory changes frequently, especially on refurbished and pre-owned items, exchanges are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or comparable alternative.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply to returned items that are opened, incomplete, installed, used, missing packaging, or returned for reasons not caused by Marine Reuse. Any applicable fee will be reviewed during inspection.
Warranty Support
Some products may include a stated limited warranty period. Warranty coverage applies only to eligible defects under normal use and does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, water intrusion caused by installation error, unauthorized repair, impact damage, abuse, or normal cosmetic wear.
